We use 360 feedback and psychometric tools to support the work we do - adding this ‘diagnostic data’ helps find the areas of challenge in the leadership, team and the broader organisation.
We support teams with two different approaches
Team coaching conversations
A series of coaching sessions for the whole team, celebrating strengths, addressing issues and challenges and discovering opportunities to improve collaboration, performance and enjoyment.
In team coaching the whole group takes responsibility for setting its own specific objectives, identifying its unique strengths and weaknesses and finding a more productive, engaged and enjoyable way of operating.
Due to this very emergent process, we offer a tailored approach in terms of the amount of time required, the structure and tools needed – and work together to unravel a bespoke programme suited to your culture, timelines and desired outcomes.
As your team coaches we ensure a safe space for open and honest discussion, and facilitate the journey - supporting the team throughout. We also help teams to agree and transform to new ways of working and define the measurement of these changes.
Each session is 90–120 minutes and usually takes place every month or 6 weeks for a defined period of time.

Facilitated workshops
We develop and facilitate half and full day workshops or team days around specific themes and goals. We blend our facilitation and coaching skills to ensure these are fun and interactive. These sessions allow for the introduction of Leadership theory, psychometric tools to learn more about one another and a deep dive into an area where the business needs support.
We also support teams with their strategy and away-days.
